Policies & Procedures.

All staff read and sign the agency's policy and procedure file annually. There are many different policies and procedures, but all are important for the smooth running of the agency, and to safeguard staff and service users.

Policies such as:-

Confidentiality, Disclosure of Abuse, Acceptance of Gifts and Legacies, Dealing with Violence and Aggression, Medication and Accident and Emergency.
