Quay Care Agency is owned by Mrs Lyn Towl, and is based at TTS House, Gammaton Road, Bideford, North Devon Ex39 2AA.

Quay Care began trading in 2001, to help people living in their own homes, stay in their own homes, by providing high quality standards of care and support, enabling people to live as independently as possible, respecting the service users rights, choice, dignity and privacy. The service delivered is tailored to the needs of the individual, and adapts to their changing needs and goals.

We currently have 35 dedicated staff, all of who have gone through an induction training process, meeting TOPPS (Training Organisations for the Personal Social Services) standards; and have a variety of skills which are carefully matched with the service users whenever possible.

Everyone at Quay Care works as part of a team. All staff are experienced, confident in carrying out their duties and adhere to the agency's confidentiality procedure at all times.
